FIRST HOUSE FLOOR SESSION 

Was filled with complaints from the Democrats about the rules put in place for the special session. There have to be special rules about time, subjects that can be addressed, etc., when the legislative bodies are only in session  for a few days, otherwise nothing would be done especially  in the House.
